For more than thirty years, I have found joy in transforming simple materials into works of art. What began as a creative curiosity evolved into a lifelong passion, leading me to explore the endless possibilities of fabric, mixed media, and sculptural design. Largely self-taught, I have spent decades developing my own techniques, guided by imagination, patience, and a deep appreciation for the beauty of handmade work.

My art is rooted in the belief that ordinary materials can tell extraordinary stories. Using fabric as my primary medium, I create one-of-a-kind Christmas ornaments and textile sculptures that celebrate character, whimsy, and the unexpected. I am drawn to the challenge of giving form and personality to soft materials, transforming them into pieces that invite a closer look and spark a sense of wonder.

Every sculpture is a unique journey. Many require between fifty and one hundred hours of careful handwork, evolving slowly through stitching, shaping, layering, and embellishment. I rarely begin with a rigid plan. Instead, I allow each piece to reveal itself over time, responding to the materials and trusting the creative process. The result is work that cannot be duplicated, each piece carrying its own spirit and story.

Christmas has always held a special place in my heart, and my ornament creations reflect the magic, nostalgia, and sense of possibility that the season inspires. Whether I am creating an intricate ornament or an elaborate sculpture, my goal is the same: to craft something that evokes emotion, stirs memories, and celebrates the enduring value of artistry made by hand.

In a world where so much is mass-produced, I treasure the slow and thoughtful process of creating original work. Each piece is infused with countless hours of attention, care, and creativity. For me, art is not simply about making objects; it is about bringing something entirely new into existence and sharing a piece of myself with those who encounter it.

My greatest inspiration is the transformation itself, watching simple materials become something unexpected, expressive, and uniquely alive.
